Hello,
Ramen Shogun, a Japanese ramen restaurant located in Ultimo, is currently hiring a Chef and Kitchen Hand.
Position: Chef / Kitchen Hand
Pay Rates:
Chef:
Weekdays $30–32 + super
Saturday $37.50–40 + super
Kitchen Hand:
Weekdays $26–27 + super
Saturday $32.50–33.75 + super
Working Days & Hours:
4–6 days per week
Chef: 9:30am–3:00pm, 5:00pm–9:00pm
Kitchen Hand: 10:30am–3:00pm, 5:00pm–9:00pm
Chef Position Requirements:
The chef must be able to work not only in the ramen section but also in the hot food section. Basic stock control and ordering duties are included.
Cook Position:
Mainly responsible for hot food duties. Training will be provided for beginners.
Our team consists of staff from Korea, Thailand, and Japan. We work together with mutual respect and a positive team environment.
